That earlier policy covered the website and a pre-release app, and did not describe accounts, subscriptions, or analytics, because none existed at the time. It is superseded in full by version 1.0. Request a copy at business@awakennapp.com.
The Terms of Use, Subscription Terms, and Disclaimers have no superseded versions — version 1.0 is the first of each to take effect. As versions are replaced they will be listed here with the period each applied, so you can see the terms that governed your use at any past date.
Requesting a copy
You can request a copy of any version, current or superseded, at business@awakennapp.com. We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date and time, and the App version and platform (Terms §23).
